Overview

The three-valve group is composed of three valves that communicate with each other. According to the role of each valve in the system, it can be divided into: high pressure valve on the left, low pressure valve on the right, and balance valve in the middle. The three-valve group is used together with the differential transmitter, and its function is to connect or disconnect the positive and negative pressure measurement chambers with the pressure point; or to disconnect or conduct the positive and negative pressure measurement chambers.

The three-valve group consists of a valve body, two globe valves and a balance valve. The operating procedure for the zero point online verification of the differential pressure transmitter: first open the balance valve and close the two stop valves, and then the zero point verification of the transmitter can be carried out.

Three valve groups can be matched with: 3051, 3095, 1151, EJA, FX-2, FCX-A/C and ST3000 series differential pressure transmitters.

When the medium is added to the pipeline from the initial state (empty), the pressure on both sides of the sensor will suddenly change. If the pressure difference is too large, the sensor of the transmitter may be damaged; to avoid it, the valves A and B on both sides of the sensor should be closed first. Open bypass valve C;

After the medium is filled with the pipe and becomes stable and balanced, open one of A or B to apply pressure evenly on both sides of the sensor;

Close valve C and open another valve in A or B, the sensor starts to work normally;

The shutdown sequence is reversed from the above.
